I hope this isn't a dumb question, but where I am (out in the far Western hinterlands), 3.5" wheels (and Minis in general) aren't particularly common and most that I've seen have been changed to 4.5" wide wheels of some sort.
Do standard Mini 850/1000 3.5" steel wheels have the same hub offset as the 4.5" ventilated Cooper S wheels? I realize the obvious difference in wheel width, but am curious as to the hub offset?

The standard 3.5x10" steel wheel (LP888) has an offset of +29
The Cooper S 3.5x10" steel wheel (LP882) has an offset of +46
The Cooper S 4.5x10" steel wheel (LP883) has an offset of +36
