Clutch problems

I have recently completed my 1962 mini deluxe and now have taken it for a few runs to test it out, the clutch has started slipping which is a bit of a disappointment. I believe this year will be coil sprung. Anyone have any experience of advice to the best way to change it. I am also unsure if it's wet or dry crank till I get it off.
