Speedwell Inlets - throttle cable bracket?

Hi all - just been pondering this, I have a set of Speedwell inlet manifolds - how and where does the throttle cable end bracket fix to? the one that bolts to the balance pipe of any standard twin inlet manifold? Please dont tell me that it is another rare part that I have to hunt down

My Sprint kit came with what I assume is a single HS2 throttle abutment plate. It mounts in between the carb and the manifold.
