I make it 53 track cars alone, it's gonna be busy !
Please be aware everyone that there's a big grasstrack meeting on the Sunday and they use the same main gate so may be an idea to get there early, gates open at 7.30
. When you come through the main gate just bare right toward the track past the grasstrack venue to the left.

Looks like I won't be able to make it now thanks to a roster cock up at work - typical!
Have a grand day folks

Another quick update:
The grass track meeting on the Sunday at the nearby venue (same entrance though) is a big 'un! I've been advised by Blyton Park that there may be limited congestion on the Saturday when their competitors will be arriving but it's unlikely. All the grasstrackers will be in by Saturday night and so Sunday should be fairly quiet at the gate early on. Their marshals at the main gate are aware of our event and will wave you onward (nearly a mile) to Blyton Park circuit where you'll be met with a smile and a yawn by me, Mark and some heavies in tabards to direct you where to go.
If anyone wants to come late Saturday (ie after the food, talk etc) that's also fine but please look at the site map and try your best to park in the right places if you're staying overnight.
Due to unforseen circumstances (ie Whizzo forgot to check his Donington race time!
) Whizz and Jeff Williamson won't arrive until about 8.30. I'm going to propose that Barry Hawkins does a talk about Downton first around 7.30 with other guests present and then either Whizz and Jeff will walk in dressed in sweaty race suits or I'm gonna get Jim Brindle to do a half hour 'stand up' comedy set, for those easily offended please cover your ears!

Hi I am thinking about coming to this event to spectate after I've been to donington on Saturday. Will I be able to turn up around 19.00 on Saturday and grab a camping pitch? Or is the camping full? Oh I'll be in my mk1 if makes any difference? Thankyou
P.s I'm sure this info is available in this thread somewhere but it gave up after page 20!
