As for the wipers, if you think the motor is still going but the arm aren't moving I would look at the splines on the arms. Could be that they're worn out (though seems unlikely both would wear out simultaneously), could also be the gear in the motor, or the circlip that connects the spiral to the gear... Good luck!
Thank you! It really is a nice colour, and suits the car.

I’ll have a look at that too for the wipers :)

Hi Jamie
As in the process of restoring an almond green mk1 I maybe a tad bias but I do think you have a very pretty looking car there!
I have been on the search for some wheels for my almond green mk1 and I keep coming back to yours! I assume these are standard 5x10” Dunlop D1s, are you running spacered rear drums and upgraded brakes?
Thanks

Hi, sorry, completely missed your post.

Almond green is certainly a great choice. Let me check through the history as I’ve actually not long purchased the Car, and the work was all done by the previous owner.

Did you get the wipers sorted?

Have mine in bits at the moment if you have any questions?

Hi, checked and they’re 5 x 10 D1s. Upgraded to disc brakes on the front.

A little bit of a garage reorganisation over the weekend. Bit of a tight fit, but at least the mini is more accessible.

Washed ahead of its winter hibernation.

The stablemate is away for an MOT, so it’s also got a little extra room to stretch out.

Thank you! I’ve done nothing to it other than drive and wash it. All the hard work was by the previous owner (Dougie Burns).

;) Same story for my Bronze Yellow 1974 mk3.
All the bodywork was done by the previous owner.
