For posterity, I had a friend in Sweden translate the page that Gareth shared above. Google Translate couldn’t decipher a PDF or image.
Here’s what it says:
———————————
Door adjustment fig 5.Remove existing door frame and carefully remove all leftover glue from the door opening’s flange. Remove the locking plate a. and iron on a layer sealant, part number 94938, on the backside of the locking plate and reassemble.
Incorrect sealing of the door, as shown in b. can be corrected by adjusting the locking plate a.
It can become necessary to angle the door and the window frame*, as shown in c. and d. Use tools e., f., and g.
The tools, e., f., and g. are depicted in Fig. 6 and can be manufacted locally, use measurements from j. (refer to part 2 below for more)
To achieve enough contact for the rubber sealing in h., adjust the door flange to the measurements of j. by using the flange adjustment tool AD015/A/3.
On older types of vans, to achieve equal contact on the steps to both upper and lower locking bulge k., fill it up with plastic metal (in other words hermetal**) Eventually other open joints can be sealed with 3M sealant, part number ADE1686.
Install the door sealant, part number ADA3863, without any glue, and apply pressure in the corners. Remove 6.35 mm overlap, this way the sealant kan be tightened in the door opening. Test the door’s closing and if the results are satisfactory, remove the sealant and apply glue S889 (part number 97H2556), on both sides of the door opening flanges. (not too much on the inside of the flange)
Let the glue dry for about 4-5 minutes to properly adhere. Rassemble the sealant (the fastening section needs to be opened over the flange so as not to let the glue get ironed away). Assemble number 4 sheet metal screw, part number 97H2626, through the door sealant and flange in the top and bottom of the locking bulge.
*It says rutram which could mean window frame, windshield is called fönsterRUTa in Swedish and ram means frame.
