Noticed XJB 308H there, I did ask Phil C if he'd bring that over but he wasn't keen due to the last time he displayed it came back minus a few parts! :?

As has been said previously a great day and a credit to the people that put in all the effort to make this site and indeed the day what it was. Myself and a mate travelled up form the south coast to be truly inspired by the people and standard of cars present. It was great to put names to faces and have a good banter with members of the forum. Had a good laugh with Brian and Jude on the saturday and even heard about his old pet Ferret !!! Big thanks go to the two Newcastle boys in their Almond green 1275 "s" for stopping to give us a lift back to the Black horse in Blyton as that was not the short walk we were lead to believe by the dude at the bar in the pub!! Thanks also to Pad4 for the offer of a passenger ride on the sunday a very kind gesture. Looking forward to next year, the standard is set high but if anybody can top it it will be the boys on here.

Here is the photo of the one that turned up, It was a very nice car.

I liked tomkids car ,it was bloody quick on the track, I was talking to one of his friends about the car and he says its 1275 + 60 , webers ect , It must be set up right , He had the gear linkage inside the car, Said it was so he could get the exhaust pipe higher in the tunnel so could get the car even lower.
I was talking to the two lads from Cumbria ,one with the Vauxhaul engine Clubman and the other with the 8 port A head , They were getting me up to speed about their cars as i am out of date , Very interesting

A nice amount of money collected for the Charity as well :D :D :D :D :D .

Pete ,Is next year Sunday Monday

Shame I didn't get a chance to meet Paul the owner, he did ask me a long while ago about a BVRT connection with the Fletcher Ogle.
