Is the commission number right ?
Yes, looks about right for that age. It is late but not late enough to have the MK3 rear seat back or MK3 boot lid form. It should be on the inner wing below the bonnet prop bracket mounted vertically. The chassis number should be where it is sitting. Late cars had the chassis number and commission number on the bonnet slam panel.

Seems to have grown an extra tank, an S master cylinder and a 45D distributor and has had the front panel replaced at some point in its life.

Not sure what is going on with the horn and starter solenoid.

Seems to of lost its wet suspension also.....not original, but not a bad idea in my view
