Ford part No's always start with the last 2 digits of the year of maufacture(81)followed by vehicle model code the part relates to (T)followed by country of origin /plant code (F).
Followed by the part No. and the (AA) finnis no.

With the colour of it, the second one looks as if it is from an engine compartment - alternator bracket of some sort? Wild guess but I think I'm well wrong.
The F in the code could be Federal - US market Fiestas? They were 1600 Kent engines from start, so have components used in the later Fiesta XR2 Mk1's with their 1600 Kent engines.
And the first photo is obviously a starting handle for a window - not seen in cars these days with their magic windows that go up and down just by pressing a switch.
