Hi,
Been here for a while reading up and such, I've found my share of useful information but being from Australia there are definitely some unique challenges we face here regarding panels and the fit of what's available.
I have some inner a panels or hinge stiffeners from magnum, Comparing them to the originals the gussets prevent the panel from sitting flat against the a post. Is this common across brands, gen vs non gen? I modified them to fit better by now I have a gap between the a post and the inner a panel. What's the usual way to get them to fit without the gap/rust trap?
I also have to replace the passenger side floor. We have a heritage reproduction of the front half of the floor but not the rear. Does anyone know of a genuine full floor or rear half for australian hydroelastic minis? There's five flutes in the floor as there is a special channel for the hydro lines and a plate to protect them from harsh/unsealed roads.
Any help would be great.
Al.
