I was pretty disappointed in the JL Spares service and content of the kit, considering the price. I also ordered (and was charged) for a new pushrod that has never arrived. They were very poor at answering e-mails and I ended up having to ring them several times to get some action. That was a waste of time because I was told utter BS regarding when they were sent. All in all, not a great experience and I would not recommend them. Trouble is, I know of no alternative.

Regards
Al

The MK1 S Brake booster was the same one used on Alfa Romeo GTV1750s or 105s except made by Bonaldi.
expensive repair kits for lockheed bonaldis http://www.highwoodalfa.com/976cbb48-38 ... ecd-9.html
Check the actual specs of the bore and valving etc before though.

Minisport here in Australia sell exchange units http://minisport.com.au/mini-mk1-cooper ... -all-minis

Hydroboost in Australia do the work too..http://www.hydroboost.com.au/index.htm

hope this helps.

This lot reconditioned a Mk1 servo for me so they must have access to the bits

An alternative if nothing else.

Dave Kingerley near Derby does reconditioned ones and repair kits. Great bloke to deal with for any Lockheed stuff.

Though not inexpensive, there is also the firm in the link below if you want someone else to handle the servo rebuild. I have no experience with them... I just stumbled onto their web site.
