When I was out there for quite some time in the early 90's those cars were still on the road!
As Zim is high (average of about 1500 meters its pretty dry & has been said in the thread cars tend to last forever, well the shells do anyway. The mechanicals are a different matter. One time I was out there I dis about 700 miles in an A40 that had been polished so much most of the paint was down to the red oxide
