Hi All
My retro mini cooper s tribute that i recently bought has twin 1.5's fitted to her 1293cc R Walker engine and no soundproofing....much as i love the sound it makes along with the SCCR box and drop gears I am wondering if there is a relatively efficient airbox arrangement that i could use to replace the K&Ns (or cover them) to make it a teeny bit more refined?
She's a real challenge at present. The fuelling isnt right & the "minitastic coil" conversion is not great so I think she'll be off to Southam MMC soon to be set up properly and then might be going back to doughnuts
cheers
Paul

There is a Vortz facebook page .
The guy who has set that up will get in touch with the man himself .
As for cost ........ I was quoted over £400 at the beginning of the year .

We asked 1071bob if he'd knock a few out.
The concensus was every bugger + spit the dog would have one hence killing desirability.
There's been a few threads about it in recent times - use search function
If you can deal with Nick directly(not easy)and get one BONUS.
