Am I in the lead?

Pulled out of a 80ies 998 Mini. (The engine had one rod poking out beside the fuel pump as well )

sorry that I cannot prove it with a photo. 20 years ago it was the last time I took a single pin diff in Hockenheim. When I am not wrong, afterwards it looked worse. But in the meantime we still managed to slaughter crosspins. 8-)

Hang on Vegard, that's not a diff pin mate, it's a crankshaft!

Yeah, seen a few like that, though usually they split the planet gears earlier on and then spit them out through the diff cap.
