12G1316 cylinder head
I have a cylinder head with 12G 1316, The casting on the front is different, anyone any idea what its off ?

I think that head was used on the US version of the Austin 1300, Austin America and was known as the "anti smog" head.
Supposed to be a lot of meat on these heads.
