Ok guys, I picked up a 970s bottom end yesterday for just £50 and its 10 fold better than I ever hoped it would be. Took a slightly closer look this evening and after cleaning the top of the pistons they are marked Omega 73.5 1007/3. Does anyone know if these are from Omega's forged range or their die cast?
