Both are trim retainers but I must confess I don't recognise them as mini unless there from a late car? Ah! maybe the top ones are fror blanking off the interior light switch holes when not fitted?

The two in the top photo are blanking screws for the seat belt fixing in the B post, not sure on the second one though, I've seen something similar before though, might even be a later version of the b post blanks.

Both are to blank off the seatbelt fixings in b post and sill. The metal ones are the early type, I think that somewhere around the beginning of 64 they started to use plastic in all fixings. Before that the metal ones were in the b post and were body colour and plastic was used in the sills. The part number for the metal ones is 14A9668, this picture was taken from a June 63 partslist.

Just to confirm what others have said, they are blanks for the seat belt mounts. Here's a shot of the floor showing the plastic one in the sill mounting.

There should be four smaller metal ones which hold the mat to the boot lid. When I got the car it only had one fitted to the boot mat which had a green coloured cap. I found the other three black ones on the Bresco site listed as under dash trim clips on Ford Prefects.

I've got the plastic type fitted to a late 61 super. They look like they have never been moved. :)

First ones, seat belt fixing hole blanking plugs (Bottom)

Second one, Seat belt blanking plug (top).

Just discovered I was a bit late on this one  As the question was at the bottom of the page, I thought I was first to answer for once. WRONG!

Hi Dean

Yes there should be a light grey plastic strip which fixes onto the lip of metal which retains the rear seat squab. I thought i had found it on Saturday but it was not long enough.

Yes there is, its a piece of grey plastic "U" shaped capping that simply clips over the edge of the seat base.

Off the top of my head I would say that the two bits were the same profile, but without looking I can't be sure.
