Best paint and filler for steering wheel restoration
Hi folks, I wondered what the best types of paint and filler to refurb a mk 1 wheel are. I can't seem to find halfords acrylic on their shelves which would have been my first choice. Cheers. Mark

I'm fairly sure FROSTS do a steering wheel repair kit with all the stuff needed.

When I have done them, and when I have they weren't that bad, I used that chopped glass fibre stuff for the big cracks (P40 I think) & just normal P38 easy sand filler for smaller dings. Painted with a few layers of Halfords Glass Black, no primer.
