Gear shift blanking panel question

I am about to re-fit the blanking panel and I vaguely remember having to drill out the screws that secured it. Does anyone have the size of these? I would have thought a short dome head Phillips type?

Can anybody tell me what a PTZ804 screw is? From AKD3510 BA1.2

its a number 8 1/2" long screw

you could use a gfk2258
