Rear camber toe kits
Started to install the Mini Spares rear toe and camber today. On the right side, the mounting holes did line up, had to file some the holes for fit. Right side took less fitting. There were plug welds inside the mounting brackets, that I ground flat, so the thrust washers would have more area on the trailing arms. I did install new bearings and bushings in the rear trailing arms. Just looking at one arm on, it appears the kit is designed for negative camber and toe out? My plan is too adjust for, 1/16 inch of toe in (is this per side or total toe?). Camber, would adjust to about, +1/8 degree to +1/4 degree. Once the car is on an alignment rack will try to adjust the rear for zero thrust angle. Anyone with experience on the these camber toe kits? The car will be a street driver not a race car. I will also be installing the Mini Spares caster camber kit in the front. Will that kit allow positive camber? Or do I need to cut the arm shorter? Thanks for the information in advance. Mr.lotus

Re: Rear camber toe kits
Imagine this. You have a "bit" of toe in on the rear of your car. You go very hard around a corner and the inner wheel goes light, now consider the angle of the rear wheel and note how it tries to steer the car out of the corner. This is all well and good and you think "well, it's only a weeny amount", when you are going very fast on a sweeping bend, you will get an alarming weave. It is worse than having tow out rear steer IMO, which is also nasty.
I set mine very very much dead ahead and it's a better car for it.
I run a rear anti-roll bar which accentuates any rear steer which may be present.
If you plan on "driving" this thing, you don't want to spoil your fun with it doing something you didn't plan.
Edit:- They all seem to require filing/levering/fighting
