Removing OEM stickers

I also have a Fiat Coupe. I have changed the bonnet but wish to retain the original stickers that give maintenance schedules, paint codes, etc. any idea on how to remove, store and re-apply to donor bonnet?

Remove with hot air gun and stick onto a piece of plastic. If the adhesive wont re stick use some thin double sided tape (refix tape) trimmed to the size of the sticker.

Take plenty of detailed digital pics before you start, just in case the planned removal doesn't work well. I have never managed to do it successfully because the PVC sticker either stretches or breaks. There are printers capable of printing a new sticker from digital camera photos.
