I've recently bought a 998 A+ engine and a 1275GT gearbox to build a fast road engine.
I wonder if there is any way to fit 1071 conrods with bigger pistons to improve revving capabilities.
Is it possible? Would I need a special crank? Would it require special block or head machining?
Any information is appreciated.

More aggro than its worth, if you want a 1071, buy one. The expense involved would be much greater than buying a complete engine.
