Has anyone on here ever towed a mini on a smart car trailer.

If so, which was round did they put it on, what was the nose weight like and how did tow

Hi,

yes I use a Bantam smart trailer to carry my Mini Cooper . tows very well and drive the car on (engine at the front) .

Thanks very much. But the one I have my eye on is just under 9ft long bed. But the axle looks like its placed further back . And not centre of the bed.

I have contacted the seller. And just heard back, He said he has had a smart and a (new) fiat 500 on it. All he said was it was fine.

Just after a second opinion.

Dean , i think you will be fine . I have had a FORD KA on mine and its fine

Thanks very much. It's great to have someone who has used this type of trailer with a car other than a smart. Trying to find any info anywhere is hopeless

So I greatfull for you answers.

But the only problem is . now my wallet is going to be a bit lighter
