Hi chaps,
I'm in need of some new front floor panels on a Mk1/2 chassis...
Which type is best fitting and correct looking) and the one to get?
Heritage?
M-Macine?
Other?
Your thoughts please...

Re: Best fitting front floor panels?
Heritage is the favorit.
Not only because of the correct shape, also the coating is top quallity (rather usfull in the floor areas).
Very important are the matching beadings with the rest of the original floor panel. It always looks tinkered when the beadings are not in line or have to be modulated to match with the rest of the panel.

Re: Best fitting front floor panels?
I don't know any significent changes of the floor panels. Despite of the 59er floor panels with the larger moulding I can just imagin the radius on the r/h floor panel for the starter switch. But this can be modified easily with a cut out.sandman wrote:According to their site, Heritage only do post 76 floors.. Or am i missing something?

I already used the Heritage panels for MK1 and MK2 Minis sucessfully with high attention to original shape.

Re: Best fitting front floor panels?
I would use mini machine. Panels are always good , i rebuilt alot of my mk1 with them . They also do inner and outer sills in one section, I I bet they also do the with floor sections as well if needed
Plus there catalogue has a good lay out.
