Lucas 56SA illuminated switch

I am looking for advice from anyone with experience in working with these switches. I bought this one on ebay and it works fine as a switch. However the little bulb inside the switch handle does not light up and I cannot figure out what to do to fix it. The parts included are all in the pictures below. Anyone knows what order they should go in?

Thís type of switch needs to have metal contact (ground) in order for the light to come on.

The round connectors then operate the opposit side on the power .
