Mk1 Cooper Twin Carbs

Post by steve »

Can anybody tell me if these are the real deal or not. They look correct to me but I would never claim to be an expert. Any advice on what numbers should be checked would be greatly appreciated.

The number 104 is the correct one for 998's.
The early fully rounded filter box is correct as well.
Well, that's what it says in Parnells bible. ;)

Yep, AUD 104 tags are for '64 to '69 mini cooper. The airbox is missing the short flared tube and clip from the intake pipe. Inlet manifold should have 12A 661 cast into the top with Aeg 1004 stamped alongside.
