They're hain' a tin barf. 350 quid a window , and they're not even wrapped in BMC paper.

Silly price but would look great fitted to your garage wouldn't they ? The demo lads must be getting paid too much or had an off day slinging heavy Crittal frames and not weighing them in ! Probably a good job they were 'rescued' ! Makes you wonder what else could have been saved from Longbridge over the years that was just crushed. It's fair to say someone could have probably collected enough Longbridge bricks to have built a pretty special garage.

The demo lads must be getting paid too

i was watching one of those demolition programs on the box and the demolition boss was saying that its not worth spending the time removing stuff like this when they are on big jobs, they would have to spend a couple of hours teasing the frames out to pull (realisically) a couple of hundred quid back.


when they where interviewing him they where pulling an old mill down and just chewing throught the stone setts around all the windows - criminal really
