Setting tracking etc

Just need to align my wheels before London 2 Brighton. Can anybody remind me the stuff I need to do a wheel alignment with fishing line, straight edge etc and also what toe in/out a 1966 Mk 1 Hydrolastic Cooper S should have. Many thanks. Mark

The fronts should be 1/16 toe out, unladen.
