Fitted to early Morris versions on the front inner wheel arch carpet section to prevent shoe rub.

That version was used on the wheelarch carpet in the Australian Cooper, Cooper S and Clubman GT (#9 in the following schematic).
You can buy it and the two versions of the carpet heel pad from Minisport Australia. They are manufactured locally using real rubber and correct tooling.
