Rover H76 DDB previous owner also owns a Mk1 S

Hi Everyone I hope you don’t mind me posting. It is MK1 related. I am looking for the previous owner of H76 DDB it’s a white 1990 mini city. The owner at the time was preparing a Mk1 Cooper S and used DDB while it was off the road. So I have been told. I believe the car was around the Oxford area. If anyone has any links to my puzzle that would be fantastic. Thank you
