163 Cylinder head marking

Dear all,

Came across a nicely modified 163 head with marking "AS 595" "21.4 cc" behind the thermostat (not the usual place).
The later one will be chamber volume obviously, but can anyone shed some light the AS marking?
Which engine tuner?
