New to Freeview from Thursday 16 November @10pm on Quest channel (Freeview 12, Freesat 172, Sky 144, Virgin 137).

Don't think a few million will make much of a dent into the billions - which ever way one looks at it 'man done well!

Some great colour archive footage of 1950/60/70's F1 cars and drivers in the first of the 8 episodes, including some footage of John Cooper and the Cooper Works in Surbiton, with the Cooper Mini van seen towing a trailer with Cooper race car and an early blue Mini seen in the background, parked on the garage forecourt behind the petrol pumps.....don't think it is YOK250 the Cooper prototype though.

(The Austin Mini YOK 250 [below] became the first Cooper prototype, seen alongside a Cooper Formula Junior race car outside the Surbiton works. John Cooper was lent YOK 250 after the launch, it was built 16th July 1959, assigned to the Austin Motor Company Publicity Department and was at the BMC Mini press launch).
