yes,he's from Jersey. He's a (retired, I think) estate agent or property developer.
you'll get in tough via JME, or there is a website which was mentioned recently about his cars. I think it is named after one of his Big Healey registrations - can't recall them off the top of my head - there is the very famous Pat Moss and UJB 143 (I think)
