I ahve used a couple of sets now & all the engines that have them in are still working fine.

Do you know if there is much of a weight (or any) difference to say an MED rod ?

No idea, I just used them as a budget rod on a couple of budget engines. The price was the salient concern.

They are noticeably heavier than an MED/Arrow rod or Swiftune/Farndon rod .
Also are wider around bottom of beam and can connect the bottom of bore in block on some engine specifications

My were between 519.8 and 520.5 g.
And I switched the pistons so that the total weight was closer.
