chassis no. help

chassis no. help

any ideas why a 1960 morris will have a chassis no. starting BMK this is stamped on original vin plate and seperate plate attached to bulk head,,

That'll be the Morris body number.
My 61 has the same tag on the bulkhead.

That'll be the Morris body number.
Correct, Chassis number looks to be lost, Gaydon can trace the chassis number from a body number. It costs but it will take them ages to do.
