I'm thinking of renewing the headlining in my Radford with a better revised design and am looking for images of headlinings with side panels, front and back panels. Mine is a one piece design which is a real pain. Images do not have to be from a Radford but any interior shots of a Mini headlining with a fabric sunroof would be welcome.
Many thanks.

Re: Headlining design when sun roof fitted
Had a look through some photos and found a couple taken of the headlining that my wife
and myself made for The Oyler Contessa, the original was rotten and in tatters!
With the remnants we thought this is how it should be, Oyler were coach trimmers.
The material used was English Wool fabric from Woolies, hope this helps.

Thanks Frank.
Did you add a backing to the wool cloth?

I only added the seam sleeves for the rods in a thinner lining material, the English Wool was quite a thick materialhanlminiman wrote: ↑Tue Aug 08, 2023 11:06 am Thanks Frank.

and was quite difficult to get folded over the seams behind the window and door seals
but doable. To be honest it took me back to the days of old when working on Riley RMs
and MG. Magnettes
