And another one.
Looking at fitting a solid state feud pump in the boot, so have the option of a mechanical pump or electric is and when I go down that route.
Have had a look on the chat and know there has been something posted before in relation to place and wiring but can’t find it.
Any tips on location and wiring.

If you are fitting in the boot look at the “ dry lift” rating of the pump, just to make sure it can lift the fuel.
SU pumps are under the tank and so it does not matter.
Also watch the pressure, you only need a few pounds pressure for an SU or a weber.
You will probably need a pressure regulator, beat in the engine bay close to carb, but still should be ok in boot, but I would still check what the pressure is at the carb and weather it is the same as in the boot..
