Speedo - chrome ring?

Can the chrome ring on the outside of a centre speedo be purchased new? The chrome is pitted on the 3 that I have, so if they can be purchased new it would be great.

Why not rechrome it ? I had a poor one rechromed, and it came out perfect :)
