Update-
Got out in the garage today, even though its cold and rainy still... and with the help of a length of wood strategically placed under the steering wheel-
I got the clutch master and slave bled out.
And, for some reason she didnt want to start again today. Some starting fluid down the carbs would fire right up, run a few seconds... and slowly die... hmm.... no fuel.
But, putting her in gear- and pushing the clutch down while pushing the car back with my foot- confirms i do indeed have a working clutch. It seems to be engaging firmly in the mid range of the pedal travel... so i feel ok about that.
I'm happy to be one step closer.
Thank you all again for the advice.
Now i need to direct attention to the brakes, and probably check a fuel filter. Smh.

1964 mk1 Austin Cooper "Dianna"
Tartan red and black
I can't take credit for what others built- all I can do is try to put her back on the road.
You just can't fix stupid... you can hide it sometimes though...
