JBW 10 Inch Rim on 8.4" Brakes?

Recently heard of a JBW 10inch rim that fits over 8.4" brake rotor/calipers.

Anyone have experience with these? Could save a lot of money having to convert my '88 car to run 10 inch...

From their webpage:

"Finally a 10" alloy wheel that allows fitment on 12" (8.4") disc brakes. Will also accept the original Hub cap (Part No-CCCSR)"

There was a similar wheel made a few years ago. They don’t really fit “over” the 8.4” caliper, they have such a low offset that they sit beside the caliper

Compared to a normal cooper S wheel
10x4.5 +35
10x5 -15
The outer lip will be 56mm further out from the guard

Those wheel are shown in this video, externally at 7:30 and from below at 12:30 where you can see the wheels sitting 'beside' the disc and caliper rather than over it. Must give some interesting handling traits!
