see what you mean on that link, 1962 resto but with a rod linkage hole , saying that alot of minis have ben cut about

wish i had a workshop like that and the time, but i looks like he does good work, and that roof bar things is a good idea and makes doing sills so much easier

LOL you really need to sort out in your mind which shells had what............
Look at the drains in the roof gutter.............Mk1, 2 or 3..........
Then watch as he turns it over you can see the, gear stick bump for the remote gear change.........

Do I need to go on ? It's a Mk3........

yes i saw that , being that its internal hinges but remote hole it must be a mk3 ( you tube video)

but click on the link below the video and click on the photos of the 62 resto, you see that car has a rod change hole in the floor

dont think its the same car, but most of the cars he has have been sprayed in primer

still like that roof bars thing, i have a mate doing a estate, and needs to do the sills,

The roof bars look great but it would worry me that so much weight is being concentrated on such a short bit of roof gutter, I'd like to see them with nice wide 'feet' that spread the load along the gutter.
