Best Grease for Front & Rear Joints, Arms & Bearings etc?
Can anyone advise what is the best grease to use for lubrication of the front & rear joints, arms & bearings etc on my Rover Mini Cooper?

I say, that specified in the workshop manual. That's because, as I was taught, generally speaking, the designers know what they're designing and pass this on to the manufacturers - who pass this info on to the users.
And don't forget the old maxim. If it rotates it's LM grease. If it slides, it's graphite grease. And never the two should meet.

The factory recommends a Lithium EP Grease for all grease nipples.
For whatever it's worth, I use Caltex Liplex EP2 in the suspension arms, however I use Moly in the Ball Joints.
