Need to replace the bushings in my lower suspension arms. I believe they are the early style with the 'straight' bushing. Does anyone make poly bushings for these?
Thanks!

I help develop these back in the 80's;-

(not sure where they got the date from !)
I don't know of anyone in the UK who has them to suit the early cars.
All the same, Poly isn't ideal and for road use, I'd suggest rubber. The problem with Poly is perhaps best shown here;-

Re: Early Style Lower Suspension Arms Bushings
I tried poly using a couple of different makes but both sort of scrunched up.
Mspares make (or used to:) bushes in either road or performance styles. The performance ones seem a bit harder (finger nail test) but both feel pretty much the same on the car.
(63 S btw)
Its been a while since I’ve been in there but I seem to remember that while they had the earlier paralllel side dimension they had a metal lining (unlike the originals)
Cheers, Ian
