Just putting the finishing touches on My hydro pump rebuilt. The last issue I would like to fix is that the needles on both the gauges do not go down to the stop pin. Otherwords they are both reading pressure when not being used. Anyone know if there is an adjustment that can be made to zero the needles on the stop pins? Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I had the same issue with the pressure gauge. The only solution was to carefully lever the needle off and reposition on the stop. I can't guarantee the accuracy but it is certainly in the right ballpark for the standard system pressure and ride height.

Robin is correct. The needles are reading high because they've probably been stuck there in the past and the clock spring has..... anyway.
Lift the needle off carefully and replace at the 'new' neutral - '0' psi against the stop. If you do need to check for accurate calibration, you can connect up to a known calibrated pressure and re-set. But back down on earth, while there is a given pressure for height of car, when setting hydro heights it's not the pressure that is the governing factor. Mechanically, it's when the drive shafts are parallel to the ground.
In short, I'd use my eyes......., not to look at the gauge, but to look at the drive shafts
