Door check strap colour

Just finishing off my 66 SDL and can't find out the correct colour for the door check straps. I've read that the brackets should be body colour which is Maroon B but what about the straps themselves. The interior is Satin Beige trim with Pale Cream headlining. The carpet is supposed to be Hazelnut, which is no longer available. Newtons are sending me some samples of similar colour.
The parts book shows Dark Grey, Blue Grey, Tartan Red, Powder Blue and Porcelain Green straps available for the SDL.

My colour sense says that they should be Dark Grey out of that list but does anyone have a Maroon B SDL with original check straps that can confirm this colour?

Thanks, that looks like the same as the seat colour, Satin Beige. Do you know what the carpet colour is?

This is an old picture of a car that was for sale at GC Minis.

From AKD 3503 you can see that a Maroon B SDL with Satin Beige could have Satin Beige of Hazelnut carpets. As for the example in the picture I posted I do not know if that carpet is original or matches the original colour.

I have a '66 standard saloon in Maroon B with satin beige interior, pale grey headliner etc and the straps are satin beige.

Thanks, my SDL has Pale Cream headlining but I think the check strap should be same as yours, Satin Beige as are the seats and dash and door cards.
