Looks OK and original doesn't it, hydro's right down though so a question to be asked there. The colour looks a little toooo creamy for OEW though could be the pics. No pic of the engine bay which I presume is a litle scruffy so I'd say his starting price of £3K was a little high. You can't really pick up a decent Mk1 for less than £3500 nowadays so worth a look.

looks like it might have hydro suspension and its gone on one slide. Looks more than a pump up, I have only seen my car that low when it had a leak.
Had to tell about anything else, looks nice.

It does look a decent start, though who knows what his "low" reserve is! I wouldn't expect the paint to be original so you need to go and have a good look to see what's underneath it. The hydrolastic may have just leaked out gradually over the years and MIGHT not be a problem - should be a bargaining point though. The rear bumper has obviously lost it's overiders and nudge bars at some time but that's hardly a big issue and the interior is pretty straight which is a big bonus.
If it's what you're looking for, go and view and take a deposit with you? Have a GOOD lock around it though, lift the back seat and look in the rear bins etc as well as the usual subframes, sills, hinge panels etc
If you're not used to Mk1s, the hinge panel area is somewhat more complex to repair than a Mk3.
