yes it is.
i have just opened it in a new page, and made my computer zoom in, still not totally clear to read but you can see it was a April 2009 issue,
you maybe able to download a back issue online
unless some still has a copy of that mini world

I can't read it on my computer either.
Why not send Gerald an email and ask if his computer man set them up on the website as downloadable .pdf's, then we should have no trouble reading them?
