I think these will become a popular panel.......from Minimail as featured in the latest Mini Magazine:
Bootlid conversion panel to Mk1 style (MS19K)
This panel gives all you need to convert a late bootlid to Mk1/2 style. Needs to be welded in (Bootlid shown for reference - not included)

I have an idea that is all "Heritage" do to produce their "Mk! bootlids" anyway. The profile is slightly different along the top of the number plate recess on the Mk3 items I think - a little more domed?
A useful panel and inexpensive too.
