Front seat slide pad position
Please can someone provide me with a measurement so I can correctly position the new front seat slide pads on the new rear carpet that I'm fitting, a measurement back from the rear face of the box cross member to the front edge of the pads would be useful then I can align them to suit the original seat leg centres?

Re: Front seat slide pad position
It is 5 1/2 inches on this carpet that I pulled out many many years ago.
It is a strange one as it appears to have been assembled in parts - glued to webbing underneath originally so it wasn't really noticeable. The front mat is original and that had the carpet ones joined at the sides in the same way.
So it could possibly be original, and has anyone ever seen this joining before?
Hope it helps?
