MCR (Newcastle & Durham Region) Northumberland Borders Rally

Hi all, If you’ve not spotted from Facebook or elsewhere, the next running of this unique event for classic mini saloons is set for Saturday 20th of November this year. Usual format - scrutineering and signing on in the morning, followed by around ten special tests on private land in the afternoon before a break and then a c.90 mile navigational rally in the lanes during the evening. Start venue TBC but the finish one is confirmed as the Snowy Owl near Cramlington, just north of Newcastle, where there is trailer parking and plenty of accommodation options. YBracing.com return as event sponsors and WaterAid is the rally’s chosen charity again. Regs out 1st October and hopefully there’ll be a decent turn out of forum members on the day.
